So much creativity and hard work go into designing and renovating APOGEE multifamily homes, so in our new series Flip the Script we showcase both the expertise of our team and the personality of our properties. We adopted some of the aesthetic choices of renovation television shows while still including relevant information like renovation cost and ROI. This created a video with the fun and quirky energy of a television show and the sleek professionalism of an investor report. We think the Flip the Script format demonstrates the value Apogee brings to both renters and investors.
